Biography
In 2005, at the young age of twenty, she obtained her diploma in singing under the
guidance of her father, Maestro Gaetano Tirotta. Since then, her musical career has
flourished successfully, achieving a series of notable accomplishments.
Her stage debut occurred in 2007, portraying the role of Rosina in The Barber of Seville at
the Teatro D'Annunzio in Latina. This role became a constant early in her career, leading
her to perform throughout Europe, from Opera pa Skaret in Sweden to Wuppertal in
Germany, from Reggio Calabria to the prestigious Teatro "Luciano Pavarotti" in Modena.
That same year, she was selected as a soloist for the Academy of Teatro alla Scala in
Milan, where she had the opportunity to refine her skills with renowned bel canto masters.
During this period, she played leading roles in productions at La Scala such as The
Marriage of Figaro, The Journey to Reims, and The Theatrical Conveniences and
Inconveniences, some of which were recorded and distributed on video.
Her vocal versatility and training in eighteenth-century repertoire have led her to achieve
great success in roles such as Medea in Cavalli's The New Jason at the Festival della
Valle D'Itria and Diomeda in Cavalli's Oristeo at the Teatro La Criée in Marseille.
She has also performed Mozartian roles such as Fiordiligi in Così fan tutte and the
Countess in The Marriage of Figaro at the Teatro "F. Cilea" in Reggio Calabria.
Her concert activity has taken her to prestigious venues worldwide, from the Musashino
Concert Hall in Tokyo to Carnegie Hall in New York, from the Dom Muzyki and the State
Kremlin Palace in Moscow to the Italian Cultural Center in Miami, from the Winter Palace
in Winterthur to Teatro La Fenice in Venice.
Her vocal evolution, with solid technical roots based on the Mozartian and bel canto
repertoire, has led to a natural and surprising vocal development, opening doors to
important repertoire such as Verdi's and Puccini's. She has successfully interpreted roles
such as Mimì in La Bohème at the Teatro del Giglio in Lucca and at the Teatro Alighieri in
Ravenna, Liù in Turandot at the Seoul Art Center in Korea, Micaela in Carmen at the Verdi
Auditorium in Milan, Leonora in Il Trovatore and Elisabetta in Don Carlo in Vevey,
Switzerland.
She recently debuted in the roles of Santuzza in Cavalleria Rusticana by Mascagni and
Turandot in Turandot by Puccini, under the direction of Lorenzo Passerini.
She has had the privilege of collaborating with renowned conductors such as Maestros
Arena, Guidarini, Antonini, and many others, and with prestigious orchestras such as
those of Teatro alla Scala, the Marchigiana Philharmonic Orchestra, and La Verdi
Orchestra of Milan.
Her extraordinary vocal abilities and artistic capabilities have been recognized through
various awards in international singing competitions, including first prizes at the Beniamino
Gigli Competition and the Campi Flegrei Competition. At a young age, she received the
Emerging Talent Award at the Spiros Argiris Competition in Sarzana, and she was
awarded a special prize by the audience and the Verdi Foundation of Milan at the Marcello
Giordani Competition in Fano.
